Interactive Englisch:
Take English language classes (5x2,5 hours) and improve your English here in camp by playing games, singing songs and having discussions with your native English speaking teacher. This is an active alternative to the ‘boring classroom’ setting that most of us are used to. Only native English speakers teach these classes so you’re guaranteed to have the most authentic language experience possible in your class; as well, there are many other English speaking teamers and campers on camp so you’ll be able to practice your new skills immediately!

Windsurfing:
Without much theory you can learn in small groups how to surf independently and when you’ve successfully completed the course you’ll receive your German Surfing Certificate. This is your international ‘driver´s licence’ for surfing! Due to the west wind which is weakest in the summer and the sandbanks stretched along the coast, Grömitz offers ideal conditions for the beginners of this sport. The ‘Windsurfing School Grömitz’ has existed since 1979 and is known for its successful training of youth due to its equipment specially geared to the needs of young beginners; such as, small and light sails. One course consists of 5 units of 2 hours each and a complete day to surf on your own. We also offer an advanced course for people that are already proficient windsurfers.

Scuba Diving:
This year we’re also offering an exciting new course - scuba diving! This course, given by professional scuba diving instructors, includes 4 hours of theory, 4 pool or shallow water dives and 4 deepwater dives in the Baltic Sea.

Beachactivities:
Whether it be the classic beach activity (beach volleyball) where you’ll get to show off your skills to the rest of the camp or an interesting mix of sand and football (beach soccer). We’re also offering an acrobatic course that allows you to use your creativity and athletic skills to create different forms with your group. It doesn’t matter if you are at a beginner or advanced level you’ll be sure to improve your skills this summer and enjoy spending time with your teamers but most importantly you’re going to have fun!

Skate & BMX Concrete Action:
Further you can try all your skating and BMX tricks on the skate park, only 400m from the camp, which offers a 1.8 m high Half Pipe, 12 ramps and different curbs; of course, we will also try new street spots and show you the best places to skate in Grömitz. Whether beginner or advanced, you will learn a lot from your peers and your teamers! You can bring along your own protection equipment and/or your own skateboards or skateliners to improve yourself with your own equipment. If you prefer, we can also provide them for you!
