In
2009 CAMP ADVENTURE will once again take place at the Youth
Camping Ground Schwaighölzl close to Neuburg an der Donau
(Bavaria/ Germany). Situated in a thick forest the camp site
is accessible through a small footpath. Not only the two large
separated sites (1200 m² and 3400 m²) but especially
the nature makes the camp so unique. A small lake to play in
and a plenty of different fire sites will guarantee you an adventure
holiday with that extra touch. A dining hall and a smaller “witch-cabin”
allow for plenty of space for fun (inside) activities if it
rains. Additionally there is a separate heated tent so that
we can take good care of any possible sick children.
Showering container and sanitary facilities are basic, but it is exactly this what makes an adventure holiday- simple life close to nature!

You will be accommodated – with your friends- in 6-7 people tents.
The river Danube (Donau) and bathing lakes are only app. 2 kilometres away. This should guarantee enough water for canoeing, kayaking swimming etc.! The “climbing- garden” is in short (car) distance. Natural rocks invite you to try your best and test your limits.
The city of Neuburg an der Donau, with its picturesque ancient city centre and the impressive medieval castle is definitely worth a visit.

All in all a fantastic adventure site; perfect for CAMP ADVENTURE!!!
We even can pick you up: coach journeys are only available from Hamburg, but we would be delighted to pick you up at either one of the central stations in Ingolstadt or Augsburg, or even Munich airport!
